Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for ERP solutions, e-commerce platforms, and website development services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
2. Promote and sell ERP solutions, e-commerce platforms, and website development services
3. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
4. Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
6. Follow up with prospects and close deals effectively
7. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
8. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
2. 0–2 years of experience in IT sales / software sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
3. Understanding of ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and website development
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
8. Familiarity with CRM tools
