Product Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Support Specialist to assist users in effectively using our products. The role involves troubleshooting issues, providing timely support, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
Understand product features and guide users on proper usage
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues in a timely manner
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams and follow up until resolution
Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately
Assist in product testing, feedback collection, and continuous improvement
Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and user guides
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (technical background preferred)
0-2 years of experience in product support / customer support
Good understanding of software products / applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage

Implementation / Project Coordinator

As an Implementation / Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of our HRMS solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the implementation process, from initial client engagement to final system launch, ensuring that our clients receive a seamless and efficient experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 
Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements. 
Configure and customize the HRMS software to meet client-specific needs. 
Conduct training sessions for clients on system usage and best practices. 
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase. 
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. 
Document client requirements, implementation plans, and project progress. 

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, BBA, BCom with 2+ Years of Experience. 
Experience in HRMS implementation or similar roles. 
Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing, Income Tax, Profession Tax, EPF, ESI 
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Senior Manager – Customer Success

Role Overview:
The Senior Manager – Customer Success will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Voyon Folks HRMS, ensuring successful implementations, high adoption, and long-term customer success across enterprise customers in India, Middle East, South East Asia, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise HRMS implementations from onboarding to stabilization.
Drive project planning, execution, timelines, and delivery governance.
Act as the primary owner for customer relationships, escalations, and CXO-level engagements.
Ensure strong stakeholder coordination across customer, internal teams, and partners.
Drive product adoption and value realization of Voyon Folks’ configurable HRMS platform.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams for smooth delivery, renewals, and expansions.

Key Skills & Experience:
10+ years in SaaS / HRMS / ERP customer success or delivery roles
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Solid understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance)
Proven experience handling enterprise, multi-entity, and multi-location customers
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Exposure to India, Middle East, South East Asia, or Africa markets is a strong advantage

Business Analyst /Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst /Project Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals who are skilled in gathering and analyzing business requirements while also possessing strong project coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
Gather, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
Conduct gap analysis between business needs and existing systems.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings with clients and internal teams.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help stakeholders validate requirements.

Project Coordination:
Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
Proficient in tools like Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
