NOC Engineer-Immediate Joiners

Description
Responsibilities:
• NOC 24/7 shift Basis.
• NOC Engineer work as Level 1 Support for All IT Network Issues.
• Performing regular Surveillance checks on network and software.
• Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting Network errors.
• Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports along with Ticketing system.
• Responding to user requests and providing support.
• Monitoring the performance daily basis.
• Monitor systems. Using diversified tools to monitor performance and capability of computer systems.
• Troubleshoot problems. Working to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areas.
• Track issues. Tracking and documenting all defects and resolutions in detail through a designated ticket system.
• Report incidents. Escalating complicated issues to management, other IT resources, third parties and/or vendors, as appropriate.


NOC Engineer Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
• Extensive experience working as an NOC engineer.
• Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
• Knowledge of server hardware systems including Dell Blade, UCS, and HP systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience on SolarWinds, PRTG ,Netcool ,info vista and Ticket system.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Ability to work during shifts.
