About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer with 3+years of hands-on
experience in building scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Java-based microservices, cloud technologies, and modern development practices. You will
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to design, develop, test, and
deploy high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices
 Build and manage projects using Maven
 Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
 Develop and execute unit tests using JUnit
 Implement and manage caching solutions using Redis
 Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
 Integrate and manage services on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including:
o EC2
o S3
o Kinesis
o SQS
 Monitor, debug, and optimize applications using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash,
Kibana)
 Collaborate with team members using Gitfor version control
 Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies(stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
 Track tasks, bugs, and progress using Jira or similar project management tools
 Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
 Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications
 3–5 years of professional experience in software development
 Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (Microservices architecture)
 Experience with Mavenbuild lifecycle
 Solid understanding of Git-based workflows
 Hands-on experience with JUnittesting
 Knowledge of ELK stack for logging and monitoring
 Experience with Redisfor caching
 Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL/MySQL
 Practical experience with AWS services(EC2, S3, Kinesis, SQS)
 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
 Experience using Jiraor similar tools for project tracking

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic, AI-driven engineering team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, and frontend tools like ReactJs, NextJs along with hands-on experience in tools like Cursor, Augment, or Windsurf. You will be working on building scalable APIs, integrating AI models, and orchestrating workflows using frameworks like Langchain or Crew AI, all while delivering secure and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python applications Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for backend services, data pipelines, and AI-integrated solutions
Build scalable APIs and services Design RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI for web and mobile apps
Build responsive frontends using React.js or Next.js
Integrate with AI/LLM systems Implement LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration with Langchain, Crew AI, or similar frameworks

Required Skills

2+ years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend development
Proficiency in backend frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Experience with ORMs: SQLAlchemy or Django ORM
Good with ReactJs
Familiarity with developer tools: Cursor, Augment, Windsurf
Experience with Poetry, UV, and virtual environments
Understanding of backend security best practices
Proficient in code quality tools: black, ruff, flake8
Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, Langchain, Crew AI, or AutoGen
Strong understanding of API design, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and performance tuning

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
Familiarity with task queues (Celery, RQ) and async programming
Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, or internal tools
