Full Stack Developer

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end web application development, working closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams, and participating in client meetings for requirement discussions, demos, and progress updates.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Build scalable and reusable UI components using React.js, Hooks, Angular, and Redux.
3. Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
4. Design and manage MongoDB schemas, queries, and basic aggregations.
5. Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and enhancements.
6. Participate in client meetings for requirement discussions, demos, and technical updates.
7. Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
8. Use Docker for basic containerization and development/deployment workflows.
9. Debug issues and assist in optimizing application performance.
10. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
11. Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.

Technical Requirements

1. Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
2. Hands-on experience with React.js, Hooks, Angular, Redux / Redux Toolkit.
3. Experience in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
4. Working knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose (schemas and queries).
5. Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
6. Basic experience with Docker for containerization.
7. Familiarity with Git / GitHub version control.
8. Experience working on full-stack MERN applications.
9. Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to write clean and maintainable code.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
