Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive who can handle end-to-end recruitment and support
day-to-day HR operations. The role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and
comfortable working from the office and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Prepare and release offer letters and assist in onboarding
HR Operations
• Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
• Support joining formalities, induction, and exit processes
• Assist in attendance tracking and basic payroll coordination
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed
• Support engagement activities and internal HR communications
• Handle basic employee queries related to HR processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
