Vice President – Business Operations & Delivery
We are looking for a Senior Leader who will own end-to-end Business Delivery, covering sales, client delivery, account management, HR, and administration in a fast-growing SMB environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth:
1. Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth
2. Own sales process, forecasting, pricing, and closures
3. Own end-to-end P&L responsibility, covering revenue, margins, and costs.
Client Delivery & Account Management:
1. Ensure efficient delivery across all engagements
2. Act as an executive escalation point for clients
3. Track delivery KPIs to Drive client retention, renewals, and account expansion
HR & People Operations:
1. Own workforce planning, leadership development, and succession
2. Drive performance management, engagement, and retention
3. Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance
Admin & Internal Operations:
1. Oversee governance, administration, and vendors
2. Ensure statutory, contractual, and internal compliance
Skills & Requirements:
1. 15+ years of experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Digital businesses
2. Proven track record of owning and scaling business delivery and P&L
3. Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing SMB environment
