Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in software product sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of software solutions. Experience in the GCC market will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in domestic and GCC markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored software product solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events, particularly in GCC markets if needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B software product sales.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the software sales lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• GCC market experience is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel, including international travel if required.
Preferred:
• Experience working in SaaS or HR/Payroll software domain.
• Familiarity with CRM tools
