Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Kochi. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting tasks related to Talent Acquisition, HR Management, Employee Benefits, etc. The role involves supporting the HR team in various administrative functions and gaining hands-on experience in human resources practices.

Qualifications

MBA-HR or other qualifying degree in Human resources.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work as a team
