Required Skills & Competencies
*Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle customer interactions professionally
*Strong follow-up skills with a focus on deal progression and closure
*Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales targets
*Excellent verbal and written communication with strong business etiquette
*3–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT services sector
*Practical exposure to selling IT services such as custom software development, IT consulting, and digital solutions
*Solid knowledge of B2B sales cycles, prospecting strategies, and lead generation methods
*Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
*Capability to understand client business requirements along with technical concepts
*Experience collaborating with internal teams across departments
*Working knowledge of CRM platforms for tracking sales activities
Key Roles & Responsibilities
*Source and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, referrals, networking, and online channels
*Build and manage a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects for IT service offerings
*Interact with potential clients to identify their business needs, challenges, and objectives
*Handle leads throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial qualification to deal closure support
*Effectively manage and optimize the sales funnel to meet conversion and revenue targets
*Update and maintain accurate sales data, interactions, and progress in the CRM system
*Support the presentation of tailored IT solutions that align with client business goals
*Gain in-depth knowledge of Unilaw technologies, solutions, and service capabilities
*Collaborate closely with Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams for proposals and client engagements
*Coordinate internal stakeholders to gather inputs for RFPs, proposals, and client meetings
