We are looking for a passionate entertainment news junkie to work as a TV and Film Research Coordinator (French / German)

This is a full time freelance role. The candidate can work remotely from home.

Proficiency in German or French is mandatory, along with a strong understanding of local film and TV markets.

The role:

* Researching television projects on the air and released feature films with surrounding metadata, including talent, companies, and executive contacts in France and Germany.

* Tracking TV and film in-development projects and filling with most latest and accurate data including auspices, casts, production house, shoot dates and locations

* Ensuring overall accuracy and data integrity of French / German television and film information on the website

Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across eCommerce and AI-driven initiatives. This role requires strong ownership, structured execution, and the ability to manage both client expectations and internal delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a mix of large-scale development projects and smaller change requests, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

*Own end-to-end delivery of multiple parallel projects, including both small enhancements and large-scale implementations
*Define project scope, timelines, milestones and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders
*Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers and individual contributors
*Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive resolution (internal and client-side delays)
*Ensure deadlines are met or properly communicated with mitigation plans in place
*Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment
*Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports and progress dashboards
*Drive accountability across teams to ensure closure of tasks and projects
*Participate in planning, budgeting and resource forecasting
*Establish and improve project management processes and best practices

Mandatory Skills & Experience

*5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or similar role
*Strong experience managing eCommerce projects - Shopify or Magento
*Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities
*Experience working with both teams and individual contributors
*Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Strong problem - solving and escalation handling ability
*High level of ownership and accountability
*Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zoho or similar

Good to Have

*Experience managing AI / ML or LLM-based projects
*Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
*Experience working with global clients, especially US-based

Work Requirements

*Willingness to work with overlap in US time zones
*Ability to manage client communications effectively in English (spoken and written fluency is mandatory)
