Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inbound Sales Executive with strong expertise in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, converting leads into qualified opportunities, and closing deals while building long-term client relationships. This role requires excellent communication, a strong understanding of IT service offerings, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

*Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential customers and respond promptly with accurate information.
*Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and successfully close sales for IT services.
*Understand client requirements, identify pain points, and propose suitable IT service solutions.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-up via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
*Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service handover.
*Proactively engage in outbound prospecting to generate additional leads and sales opportunities (optional)

Required Skills & Experience

*2-7 years of proven experience in inbound sales, lead conversion, and client engagement within the IT services domain.
*Strong knowledge of IT services, digital solutions, or software development offerings.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
*Proficiency in CRM tools and sales productivity software.
*Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
*Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications

*Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
*Knowledge of the latest trends in cloud services, managed IT services, or digital transformation solutions.

HR Internship-3 Months

Job Description: HR Intern ( Talent Acquisition & HR Admin)

Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive HR Interns to join our team immediately. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for MBA graduates (Batch 2024–2025) to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition while receiving training in core HR admin and generalist functions. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
This is an unpaid internship for a duration of three months. Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be considered for a full-time position with a salary in the range of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Inside Sales Specialist – IT Services

Role Overview

Techwarelab looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with prior experience in IT services sales. The role involves handling inbound and inside sales leads, nurturing prospects, and converting leads into revenue through effective follow-ups and relationship building. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a target-based environment and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and follow up on inbound / inside sales leads generated through marketing, websites, campaigns, and referrals

Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and propose suitable IT services solutions

Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into sales

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools

Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams for proposals and closures

Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates with management

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Services Sales

Proven experience working in a target-driven sales environment

Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, web/mobile solutions, cloud, digital services, or IT consulting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills

Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize effectively

Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage

Exposure to B2B IT services sales

Experience dealing with domestic and/or international clients
