Sales Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales Intern to join our Sales team. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, customer engagement, market research, and CRM management. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals, gain exposure to both domestic and international markets, and develop practical skills across the sales lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :
Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other networking channels.
Qualify prospective customers by understanding their business needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Support the sales team in conducting domestic and international client calls, product presentations, and follow-up communications.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects throughout the pre-sales process.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and other resources to support deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
Generate reports and update sales pipelines to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in achieving team sales targets and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Interest in sales, business development, and relationship management.
Basic understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.
Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain product features effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Prior internship or academic project in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is a plus.
Familiarity with the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, is desirable.
