.NET Enterprise Solution Architect - 10+years

We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Enterprise Solution Architect with extensive experience designing, deploying, and governing large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in modern application architecture, cloud-native deployments, distributed systems, and enterprise integration, with a specialized focus on emerging AI-driven architectures.

In this pivotal role, you will define enterprise architecture standards, lead cloud transformation initiatives, and drive the adoption of modern technology stacks (including .NET 8+, PostgreSQL, React, and Microservices). You will play a critical role in integrating cutting-edge capabilities into business-critical applications by designing and orchestrating Agentic AI frameworks.

Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design

Architect, design, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of mission-critical enterprise applications across application, data, integration, infrastructure, security, and AI domains.

Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices.

Lead architecture reviews, technical design workshops, and technology evaluations to ensure alignment with business and digital transformation objectives.

Cloud Architecture & Modernization

Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud-native and hybrid-cloud solutions across AWS and Azure.

Drive cloud migration and modernization strategies for legacy enterprise applications.

Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, operational efficiency, and cost management.

Application & Microservices Architecture

Design enterprise-scale Microservices architectures utilizing Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API-first, and event-driven patterns.

Establish rigorous standards for scalability, resiliency, observability, and maintainability.

Champion the adoption of containerization, orchestration, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.

Data Migration & Integration Architecture

Architect robust, enterprise-grade database solutions with a strong focus on distributed PostgreSQL (replication, clustering, partitioning, and high availability).

Lead large-scale data migration and legacy modernization programs.

Design integration architectures connecting internal systems, external partners, SaaS platforms, and third-party applications using API gateways, event streaming, and middleware.

Agentic AI Architecture & Orchestration

Design and implement scalable Agentic AI solutions to automate complex business workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Architect AI orchestration layers to seamlessly coordinate multiple AI agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), business workflows, and external systems.

Define integration strategies for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge bases.

Establish AI governance, observability, security, and compliance frameworks.

Technical Leadership

Provide architectural leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.

Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps.

Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs), strategic architecture initiatives, and solution estimations.

Required Qualifications & Technical Expertise
Experience & Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.

Proven track record of architecting and deploying large-scale enterprise applications across multiple business domains.

Core Technology Stack

Languages & Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft .NET (.NET Core / .NET 8+), C#, and React.

Databases: Extensive experience with PostgreSQL architecture, distributed databases, data modeling, and performance tuning.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Platforms: Deep, hands-on expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Cloud-Native: Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless computing.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.

Microservices & Integration

Deep expertise in microservices design, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with service orchestration, message brokers, API management, and scalable resiliency patterns.

Agentic AI & Machine Learning

Hands-on experience implementing AI orchestration layers and Multi-agent systems.

Strong understanding of RAG, Vector databases, Semantic search, and Prompt engineering.

Experience with frameworks/platforms such as: Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, and AWS AI/ML Services.

DevOps & Security

Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, Git-based workflows, and application observability.

Strong foundation in security architecture, IAM, and best practices for secure application development.

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF (or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification).

Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs.

Proven background implementing AI governance frameworks in regulated environments.

Prior experience in highly scalable SaaS or enterprise platform development.
