We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Founder's Office Assistant to work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business operations, and cross-functional coordination. This role offers exceptional exposure to leadership, business strategy, and organizational growth — making it an ideal opportunity for graduates with good communication skills who are looking to restart their career in the IT industry.

This opening is specially designed for candidates who took a career break after completing their graduation, or due to personal reasons, and are now actively looking to re-enter the workforce with renewed focus and energy.

Eligibility:

*Graduates with good communication skills — candidates who have taken a break after graduation or due to personal reasons and are ready to make a meaningful comeback are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

*Support the Founder in executing strategic and operational initiatives
*Conduct market research, business analysis, and prepare management reports
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of key projects
*Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and track action items
*Assist in business development, client communication, and proposal preparation
*Manage schedules, meetings, and executive priorities
*Identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence
