We are looking for Web Developers with 2–4 years of experience in web application development who are passionate about software engineering, continuous learning, and AI-assisted development.

The ideal candidate has strong web development fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP or Python.
Build responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code following OOP principles.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications, including legacy systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity while ensuring correctness, security, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews and continuously improve technical and engineering skills.

Required Skills

2–4 years of professional web development experience.
Strong proficiency in PHP or Python.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Good SQL knowledge with experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand, maintain, and enhance existing codebases.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar) as part of the software development lifecycle.
Ability to critically review, validate, and improve AI-generated code.
Strong curiosity, learning mindset, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages.
Passion for continuous learning and modern software engineering best practices.

Nice to Have

Experience with Laravel, Django, or Flask.
Exposure to React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts, Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.
Familiarity with secure coding practices and software testing.
