Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join the DigitalHub360 team. If you live and breathe social media, love creating high-impact video content, and are already integrating cutting-edge AI tools into your daily workflow, we want to talk to you. As an exceptional communicator, you will own our brand voice and use the latest technology to scale our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Communications & Copywriting

· Brand Voice: Write highly engaging, grammatically flawless copy for captions, newsletters, blogs, and video scripts.

· Global Communication: Communicate seamlessly and professionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and the online community.

Video Creation & Editing

· End-to-End Production: Script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form video content.

· Post-Production: Master video editing software to produce high-quality visuals with clean audio, seamless transitions, and trending effects.

Social Media & Brand Growth

· Content Calendar: Own the scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across all core platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).

· Trend Jacking: Monitor internet culture and platform algorithms daily to capitalise on viral trends before they fade.

· Visual Design: Create complementary static graphics and thumbnails (using Canva or Photoshop) to support campaigns.

AI & Modern Tech Integration

· AI-Powered Workflows: Use generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline copywriting, design ideation, and video workflows.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (engagement, reach, click-through rates) and basic SEO principles to ensure content drives actual business growth.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.

· Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in English (both written and spoken). Must have an exceptional grasp of tone, grammar, and storytelling.

· Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your video editing skills, copywriting samples, and successful social media campaigns.

Technical & Soft Skills

· Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) and basic design tools like Canva.

· AI Literacy: Demonstrated familiarity with modern AI tools for content creation, optimization, or workflow automation.

· Adaptability: A natural curiosity for new technology; you are always the first among your peers to try a new tool or software.

Working days are Monday to Friday
Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM
