Verify approval authority and maintain supporting documents. Communicate applicable fees, pricing impacts, and processing restrictions to the requesting teams.

4. Investor Guidelines and Product Eligibility:

Review investor guidelines and product eligibility before processing lock requests. Verify delegated and non-delegated lending channels, where applicable. Confirm product availability based on loan program, credit score, occupancy, LTV, loan purpose, and other applicable criteria. Identify investor-specific restrictions and escalate exceptions when needed. Coordinate with investor representatives to resolve pricing, eligibility, and lock-related issues.
