Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3-4 years of proven experience in IT Sales and Software Service Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software services landscape and a demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/software services domain.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social selling.
Understand client requirements and propose customized software solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to key decision-makers.
Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, project delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
3-4 years of experience in B2B IT sales, preferably in software services or SaaS.
Strong knowledge of the IT/software development lifecycle and service delivery models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and sales analytics.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Embedded Developer

Embedded Developer

Skills Required:
Embedded C/C++, Linux, RTOS, Device Driver, IOT
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar.
Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
Micro controller-based firmware development, implement software as per a given hardware, software or protocol reference manual, Concepts of RTOS, Concepts of microprocessor, interrupts, assembly instructions, startup code, memory map etc
Experience with OS platforms such as Linux, Unix, and RTOS.
Excellent diagnostic skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
The ability to keep abreast with the latest advancements in technology and techniques.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of embedded systems engineers.
Define technical direction for embedded systems projects, ensuring alignment with overall robot functionalities.
Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using C, C++, and Assembly.
Implement RTOS concepts such as FreeRTOS and Embedded Linux.
Collaborate with hardware engineers on hardware design, circuit analysis, and interfacing.
