Job Description

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Understand customer needs and requirements as offering optimal customer service is a requirement for this role

Convert enquiries to enrolment and achieve UK Student visa targets

Student Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately

Contacting candidates, arranging interviews and adding new candidates on to company databases.

Matching applicants to suitable courses at Universities and working towards University application process and assist with student visa process.

Any other duties as directed in relation to the job role.

Work with students one-on-one and through a series of assessments and detailed analysis of a student's profile, understand their interests, goals, and career aspirations, and match students to their ideal programs and colleges.

Guide students and their families on the college process with discernment and empathy in choosing the right college from the multiple opportunities.

Research, shortlist and recommend a choice of programs, schools or universities based on the students profile and unique considerations.

Make students aware of the application forms and help students create competitive university application profiles to achieve their admissions goals.

Evaluate and advise candidates on their academic path, on courses and exams to be taken in the preparation of studying overseas.

Declutter the student's minds and make them aware of themselves and the best-suited career for them.

In a International Student recruitment role you will need to be a strong team player, ambitious and motivated.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good IT skills including MS Excel, Power Point, databases and internet research.

Good knowledge of CRM

Excellent organization skills proactive approach.

Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2 years of experience in same field.

We are seeking a professional Tele calling Executive to assist in reaching out to potential students who are interested in overseas education. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing information about our services, answering queries, and booking appointments for counseling sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective students to introduce our consultancy services and promote our overseas education programs.
Lead Conversion: Engage with potential students, understand their study abroad goals, and convert leads into appointments for counseling.
Answer Inquiries: Respond to student queries via phone, email, or messaging apps related to courses, universities, scholarships, and visa processes.
Maintain CRM: Update and manage the CRM database with accurate and up-to-date student information and call notes.
Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and guide students through the application process.
Provide Support: Assist students with information about application deadlines, documentation, and the steps involved in applying to foreign universities.
Collaborate with Team: Coordinate with education counselors and other team members to ensure a smooth student experience from inquiry to admission.
Performance Tracking: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (experience in the education industry is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
Ability to build rapport and engage with students and parents.
Knowledge of overseas education processes and the application life cycle is a plus.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.

* Responsible for assisting students in shaping their dream of overseas education.
* Leading the team and achieving the successful admissions for each intake
* Training and regular knowledge upskilling of the team
* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

* Maintaining good relationships with the students and universities.
* Ensuring the compliance of the process and systems in the office
* Carrying out assessments or interviews on the students.
* Participating in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, university visits.
* Report daily, weekly and monthly status. First meeting point for discussion
* Should be target driven
*Team Handling and Team Training.
* Develop implement and manage a digital strategy to maximize international student recruitment
* A demonstrated ability to speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings.
