Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Enterprise Solution Manager to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution consulting, customer onboarding, project coordination, and enterprise customer engagement for CPaaS and digital communication solutions.

The role acts as a bridge between Business Development, Product, Development, Operations, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery of scalable and commercially viable solutions for enterprise customers. The candidate should possess strong technical aptitude, customer-facing skills, and project management capabilities to drive customer success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Consulting & Pre-Sales Support

* Work closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to understand customer requirements.
* Support RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, business cases, and solution documentation.
* Assist customers during technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution presentations.
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments and support issue resolution during testing phases.

Customer Onboarding & Solution Deployment

* Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions.
* Coordinate with Product and Development teams for feasibility assessments and implementation planning.
* Manage end-to-end onboarding and deployment activities for enterprise customers.
* Ensure seamless provisioning, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
* Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and stabilization phases.

Project Management

* Manage customer implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
* Track milestones, timelines, dependencies, and project risks.
* Provide regular project status updates and manage issue resolution and escalations.

Revenue Growth & Business Enablement

* Support customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion initiatives.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services and solutions.
* Work with Product, Development, and Sales teams to enhance customer value and solution adoption.
* Contribute towards business growth and revenue objectives.

Customer Success & Stakeholder Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and stakeholders.
* Ensure customer satisfaction, service continuity, and long-term engagement.
* Drive product adoption and account growth initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor for customers during implementation and post-deployment phases.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
* MCA or MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
* Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Telecom, CPaaS, SaaS, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Project Management roles.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience working with enterprise customers and SaaS implementation cycles.
* Understanding of APIs, messaging platforms, voice solutions, and digital communication technologies.
* Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
* Strong customer engagement and relationship management capabilities.
* Exposure to telecom or cloud communication platforms will be an added advantage.
