Embedded Trainee – Job Description

Job Title: Embedded Trainee (Male Candidate)
Location: Kochi

Job Summary:

Nesa Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic **Embedded Trainee** to join our Edutech Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training on Embedded Systems, IoT, and Robotics while supporting the educational initiatives of our Edutech division. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in teaching, mentoring students, and building a career in embedded systems training and education. The position also requires occasional travel to educational institutions and client locations for training programs and academic engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Course Delivery

* Conduct training sessions on Embedded Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), and Robotics.
* Prepare and deliver course materials, presentations, practical sessions, and live demonstrations.
* Ensure students understand both theoretical and practical concepts effectively.

2. Student Guidance & Project Support

* Mentor students throughout their learning journey.
* Guide students in academic projects, practical assignments, and laboratory activities.
* Provide technical support during project implementation and troubleshooting.

3. Edutech Program Support

* Assist the Edutech team in organizing training programs, workshops, seminars, and technical events.
* Support curriculum execution and continuously improve training content.
* Coordinate training schedules and maintain training-related documentation.

4. Institutional & Client Coordination

* Travel to schools, colleges, institutions, and training centers to conduct technical sessions.
* Participate in meetings with prospective clients and educational institutions to promote Edutech programs.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with academic partners.

5. Technical Learning & Development

* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Embedded Systems, IoT, Robotics, and Electronics.
* Continuously enhance technical knowledge to improve training quality.
* Support the development of new learning modules and practical exercises.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Robotics, or a related field.
* 0–6 months** of experience in Embedded Systems, Electronics, or IoT (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
* Basic knowledge of embedded programming, microcontrollers, sensors, and electronic circuits.
* Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students.
* Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel for training programs, workshops, and client meetings.

Preferred Candidate:

* Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Embedded Systems and Robotics.
* Candidates who enjoy teaching and interacting with students.
* Quick learners with excellent problem-solving abilities.
