We are hiring Mid-Level and Senior Recruiters to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work as a full-cycle recruiter, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for the European market across both technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Hire for technical and non-technical positions across the European market.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.

Requirements
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Exposure to international recruitment; European recruitment experience is an advantage.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
