Your Core Mission
You will drive customer success by ensuring seamless software deployment and providing high-level technical advocacy. Your goal is to transform complex client requirements into functional SaaS configurations while maintaining world-class support standards. Key Responsibilities
• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the technical setup of SaaS modules, configuring cloud environments to align with specific US client workflows and business rules.
• Strategic Client Liaison: Attend pre-sales demos and discovery sessions to translate client "pain points" into actionable technical requirements for the dev team.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of expert support, diagnosing complex issues and coordinating with QA and Development teams for rapid resolution.
• Quality Advocacy: Review deliverables and software enhancements to ensure they meet the rigorous scope and quality standards expected by Enterprise clients.
• Project Management: Maintain meticulous logs of support lifecycle and implementation milestones using modern ticket-tracking and project management tools.

• You have a BTech (CS/IT), MCA, or MSc and at least 2+ years of experience in software implementation or technical support for global products.

Software Test Engineers / Software Testers
Job Responsibilities:
• Software manual Testing and related activities in a web-based application environment.
• Analyze user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios and testing scope.
• Developing and implementing test plans, test strategy, test cases, and test reports for various testing,like, regression, functional & performance testing.
• Execute testing for web applications and backend services.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Validate API requests and responses, including positive, negative, boundary, and error scenarios.
• Perform basic database/data validation using SQL queries.
• Test third-party and external integrations and validate end-to-end data flow.
• Validate data across UI, APIs, database, logs, and downstream systems where applicable.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Azure DevOps or other defect-tracking tools.
• To work closely in an Agile development team environment and meet release plan schedules and patch management
• Recording and tracking defects through a Web-based project management tool
• Setting up and following procedures for bug/issues/defects
• Responsible for testing all software products/projects.

Technical / Functional: (Must Have skills)
• Should have at MINIMUM 1+ years’ experience in developing AND executing test cases in a client-driven environment.
• Prior experience in Testing Web-based applications / Enterprise level applications and solutionsis a plus
• Experience in Manual Testing. Writing Test cases, Identifying Test scenarios, creating test plans, test strategy, test cases, and execution
• Sound knowledge of STLC, software testing methodologies and procedures
• Sound understanding and developing/executing test cases in an application development environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance/testinglife cycle Process is a plus
• Experience in using any bug-tracking tool.
• Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans, Boards, or similar test/defect management tools.
