SEO SPECIALIST

Job Summary

The Senior SEO Specialist at JachOOs.Digital is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies for both client projects and internal JachOOs websites. This role involves leading the SEO team, managing multiple SEO projects, driving organic growth, and continuously researching and implementing advanced SEO techniques to achieve top search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Planning

* Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for client and internal projects.
* Define short-term and long-term SEO goals aligned with business objectives.
* Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
* Plan SEO roadmaps for new and existing websites.

2. Project Management (Client & Internal)

* Manage all SEO projects under JachOOs.Digital and JachOOs-owned platforms.
* Ensure timely execution of SEO tasks across multiple projects.
* Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Coordinate with web development, content, and design teams.

3. Team Leadership & Task Management

* Lead, supervise, and mentor the SEO team members.
* Assign tasks, set priorities, and track performance.
* Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and knowledge sharing.
* Ensure accountability and quality output from each team member.

4. Keyword Research & Content Strategy

* Perform advanced keyword research based on search intent and business goals.
* Develop SEO-driven content strategies.
* Guide content writers to create optimized, high-ranking content.
* Optimize landing pages, blogs, and service pages.

5. On-Page SEO Optimization

* Ensure proper implementation of:

o Meta tags, headings, schema, and internal linking
o URL structure and content optimization
o Page speed and mobile optimization

* Conduct regular on-page audits and improvements.

6. Technical SEO

* Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as:

o Crawl errors, indexing issues
o Core Web Vitals and site performance
o XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags

* Work closely with developers to implement fixes.

7. Off-Page SEO & Link Building

* Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies.
* Manage backlinks, outreach campaigns, and partnerships.
* Monitor domain authority and backlink quality.

8. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

* Track and analyze SEO performance using tools such as:

o Google Analytics
o Google Search Console
o SEMrush / Ahrefs / other tools

* Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and recommendations.
* Continuously optimize strategies based on data.

9. Research & Innovation

* Stay updated with latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and tools.
* Continuously research new strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
* Test and implement innovative SEO techniques across projects.

10. Client Communication & Consultation

* Interact with clients to explain SEO strategies and results.
* Provide recommendations and consultation for business growth.
* Handle client queries and ensure satisfaction.

11. Internal SEO for JachOOs

* Take full ownership of SEO performance for:

o www.jachoos.com
o Division-specific websites (Systems, Solutions, NET, Digital)

* Ensure strong organic visibility for all internal brands and services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Organic traffic growth (client & internal websites)
* Keyword ranking improvements (Top 10 / Top 3 positions)
* Lead generation from organic channels
* Technical SEO health score
* Backlink quality and domain authority growth
* Project delivery timelines and efficiency
* Team productivity and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in advanced SEO strategy and execution
* Strong knowledge of Google algorithms and ranking factors
* Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
* Understanding of technical SEO and web development basics
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Leadership and team management abilities
* Strong communication and reporting skills

* Preferred Experience - 4 Years
* Salary - 40,000- 45,000

Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously
Experience in agency environment
Knowledge of local SEO (UAE market)
Familiarity with AI-based SEO tools and automation
