About the Role

Inspite Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of solid, hands-on experience in search engine optimization.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, enhancing search visibility, and generating relevant leads for our company and clients.

We are looking for someone who understands how SEO works in practice, can independently execute SEO activities, and stays updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and search engine trends.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and identify relevant, high-potential keywords based on search intent and business objectives.

Implement on-page SEO strategies, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL optimization, and content optimization.

Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, website speed, mobile usability, redirects, broken links, and duplicate content.

Execute off-page SEO strategies, including quality backlink building, link outreach, and authority development.

Optimize website content to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement.

Work on local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, local keyword targeting, and local citation management.

Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other SEO tools.

Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.

Implement SEO strategies for WordPress websites and other CMS platforms.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve search visibility.

Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.

Optimize website content for featured snippets, AI-driven search results, and answer engine optimization (AEO).

Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and emerging search trends.

Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Manage multiple client projects and ensure SEO deliverables are completed within deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of solid, hands-on experience in SEO is mandatory.

Practical experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and competitor analysis.

Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, or equivalent platforms.

Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML is an advantage.

Understanding of Core Web Vitals, website indexing, crawling, and technical SEO fundamentals.

Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization is an advantage.

Basic understanding of content SEO, schema markup, and structured data.

Knowledge of international SEO and AEO is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve measurable results.

A portfolio, SEO audit, or case study demonstrating previous SEO work is preferred.
