About the Role
Inspite Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales professional to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting IT products and services, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other sources.
Contact potential customers and introduce the company's IT products and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations when required.
Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Stay updated on the company's products, services, and relevant IT industry developments.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management team.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Sales or a related sales role.
Good understanding of basic IT products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
