Trainee - E Commerce Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Intern/Trainee to support our webstore team with product cataloguing, data entry, and day-to-day e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate should have good language skills, strong attention to detail, and an interest in learning about e-commerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Support product cataloguing and data entry for e-commerce platforms.

Add and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, prices, images, and other product information.

Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and consistent across the platform.

Assist with basic SEO-friendly product content and keyword updates.

Coordinate with the team to collect and verify product information.

Identify and correct errors or missing information in product listings.

Support other day-to-day e-commerce and webstore activities as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Good English language and communication skills – written and verbal.

Good typing and data-entry skills with strong attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO/SEM.

Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
