Manager - Data Privacy

Job Position: Data Privacy Lead

Years of experience: 7 -10 yrs.

• Bachelor's degree in information security, Information Technology, Law, Compliance, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection, Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, healthcare privacy requirements, and regional data protection regulations.

Hands-on experience with:
• Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA)
• Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
• Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)
• Privacy Incident Management
• Consent Management and Privacy Governance Programs.

• Experience implementing and maintaining enterprise privacy frameworks across multiple business units.
• Strong understanding of privacy-by-design, third-party/vendor privacy assessments, and data protection controls.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 27701, ISO 27001, NIST Privacy Framework, and privacy governance best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPM, CDPSE, or ISO 27701 Lead Implementer preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, regulatory compliance, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze privacy risks, drive remediation activities, and lead awareness and compliance initiatives across the organization.
