IT Senior Quality Engineer (Contract, Remote)

Experience: 5 + years

Objective: Responsible for safeguarding the quality, reliability, and trustworthiness of Milaha's custom-developed, AI-first software solutions across its maritime businesses

Core Technical Skills:
• Strong functional testing expertise: test design techniques, test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
• Test automation skills with modern frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, or equivalent) and a relevant scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java).
• API and integration testing, including tools such as Postman, and the ability to test back-end services and data flows

AI & Vibe Logic Competencies:
• AI agent validation and AI quality control (must have): familiarity with testing LLM-based and agentic systems — prompt/response validation, hallucination and bias detection, guardrail and safety testing, tool-use and workflow validation, and the use of evaluation datasets, ground-truth comparison, and AI evaluation/scoring techniques and frameworks.
• Understanding of how AI-first applications are built (LLMs, RAG, agents) sufficient to design meaningful tests for them
