Operations Executive
About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the EdTech division. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal processes, maintain documentation, support admissions operations, and ensure efficient office workflow.
•Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and operational activities.
Maintain student records and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with counselling, admissions, and management teams.
Handle documentation related to admissions and university processes.
Maintain office records and digital files.
Support process improvements for operational efficiency.
Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
Assist in coordinating internal meetings and communications.
•Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum one year of experience in Administration or Operations preferred.
Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
