Role Overview
We are looking for a Reliability Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across incident management, service reliability, observability, and continuous improvement. The role involves coordinating with engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to improve service stability and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate major incidents, escalations, stakeholder communication, and post-incident reviews.
• Drive improvements to reduce MTTD and MTTR.
• Track root causes, corrective actions, and recurring operational issues.
• Support SLI/SLO definition, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and reliability metrics.
• Manage Incident, Problem, and Change workflows in Jira Service Management.
• Maintain change governance, CMDB, asset, and configuration records.
• Prepare reliability reports and translate technical metrics into business insights.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Product/Platform Operations, Technical Support, Incident Coordination, ITSM, or similar roles.
• Experience with major incident management, RCA, problem management, and post-mortems.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools and Jira Service Management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across teams and handle high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to work US/UK-aligned shifts and participate in on-call support when required.

Preferred: Knowledge of Linux, cloud infrastructure, networking, ITIL/SRE principles, SLOs/SLIs, and high-availability environments.
