Position Overview
Job Title: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

* LinkedIn Marketing: Manage corporate LinkedIn pages, run targeted B2B lead generation campaigns, write engaging posts, and analyze user engagement data.

* Modern Marketing: Execute omnichannel digital campaigns using the latest tools, including AI-driven content creation, automated email workflows, and performance analytics.

* Brand & HR Alignment: Use your HR and marketing background to support employer branding projects, recruitment marketing campaigns, and internal communications.

* Data Tracking: Monitor campaign results, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare weekly growth reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

— Education: Basic degree (Bachelor's) specializing in HR and Marketing.
— Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads and organic growth.
— Technical Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO basics, and marketing automation software.
— Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for creating catchy ad copy and working with different teams.
