Product Demo Executive (Field Sales – Software Products)

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Product Demo Executive to showcase our product to prospective customers and help them understand its features and benefits. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations for potential customers.
● Explain product features, benefits, and use cases in a clear and engaging manner.
● Understand customer requirements and tailor demos accordingly.
● Answer customer queries during and after demonstrations.
● Collect customer feedback and share insights with the relevant teams.
● Maintain records of demo activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
● 0 to 1 year of experience in legal product demonstrations, customer support, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
● Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
● Willingness to learn and understand new products quickly.
● Candidates with legal education background preferred.

● Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
● Customer-centric attitude.
● Ability to build rapport with clients.
● Good time management and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:
● This is a field-based role involving customer visits and software product demonstrations.
Candidates must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for field travel.(travel expenses will be covered by the company).

Compensation:
● The compensation package includes a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives, which will be provided based on successful sales closures.
