Associate Project Manager

Role : Associate Project Manager

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager with a strong technical understanding to manage the delivery of enterprise-level software and AI solutions.

Responsibilities
 Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
 Plan and manage project schedules, sprints, and task assignments.
 Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
 Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth project execution.
 Communicate project updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
 Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements
 5 Years of experience in Project Management.
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
 Strong technical exposure to enterprise software development concepts.
 Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively coordinate between clients and development teams.
 Ideal candidates will have prior software development experience. Previous
experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a similar technical role is also highly preferred.
 Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools is preferred.
