HR Intern
🚀 We're Hiring: HR Interns (Minimum 3-Month Internship)
Join Lisbell Technologies, InfoPark Kochi and get hands-on experience in key HR functions, like:
Recruitment and talent acquisition
Employee engagement initiatives
Interview coordination and onboarding support
HR operations and documentation
We're looking for candidates who are:
Excellent communication skill ,Smart, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred Qualification: Degree and Diploma
📍 Location: Lisbell Technologies, InfoPark Kochi and South Infopark
📅 Duration: Minimum 3 Months

-Conduct Drive and Hire
- Looking for Fresher candidate
- Track and identify prospective candidates job using a different channels
- Review resumes and applications
- Minimum of qualification from reputed firm is mandatory.
-Excellent communication skill
- HR Planning and Assistance
- HR/development and support
Conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit etc.
- Shortlist candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Close the different hiring/placement requirements in the shortest time possible
- Internship available Online/Offline @Infopark (Kochi and iBy Infopark)
