Technical Proposal Engineer

• Prepare & submit Techno-Commercial Offer & Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)
• Prepare technical datasheets, compliance checklists, and proposal-related documentations like Cable schedules and termination details ,I/O lists, Layouts and installation drawings, Single Line diagrams, Electrical load list, method statements, test plans, FAT/SAT procedures, Cause & Effect (C&E) charts and commissioning documents.
• Ensure that all proposal documents adhere to industry standards and client specifications.
• Prepare as-built documents and operation & maintenance manuals.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical clarifications and equipment selection.
• Review vendor documents for compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure progress of engineering deliverables and meet project deadlines • Assist proposal team with technical inputs when necessary.
• Address client/consultant comments and respond to technical queries (TQ/RFI).
