Business Analyst (ERM/CRM)

TNP India's Business Excellence team is seeking a Senior Consultant versatile in enterprise technology who combines deep CRM/Salesforce and ERP consulting expertise with strong project management and business analysis skills with a proven track record in driving successful digital transformation projects.
The role is based primarily out of Kochi/Bangalore with occasional travel and requires extensive collaboration with business and technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex digital transformation projects, from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and strategic goals.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and focus groups to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Provide strategic consulting services, offering expert guidance on technology selection, process optimization, and change management.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or relevant clouds based on business need).
• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Salesforce (Sales,Service, Marketing Cloud) and ERP platforms (SAP or similar), including integrations between systems via APIs or middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and validate requirements as BRDs, user stories, and process flow
diagrams; conduct as-is / to-be gap analysis.
• Own project delivery end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication in Agile or Waterfall environments, including UAT. Maintain project plans, RACI matrices, and executive status reports.
• Drive user adoption through training, change management support, and clear documentation across business and field teams. Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

• Strong understanding of emerging business and technology trends. Must have a broad understanding of industry verticals (Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.) and technology areas
• Apply domain knowledge in supply chain and logistics, procurement, inventory, order management, warehousing, WMS/TMS, 3PL coordination, and demand forecasting — to design and configure technology solutions that fit operational realities

Education and Experience

• B Tech + MBA
• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in managing digital transformation projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
• Experience working in a consulting environment is preferred
