Social Media & Growth Specialist

About the Role

LinnkIQ is building an AI-native operating system for staffing and recruitment businesses, and we’re looking for a Social Media & Growth Specialist to help build our brand presence, community, credibility, and audience across digital platforms.

This role goes beyond scheduling posts and maintaining content calendars. We’re looking for someone who understands audience behaviour, content distribution, community building, and digital growth and can turn social media into a meaningful channel for brand awareness and business impact.

You’ll play an important role in making LinnkIQ a recognised voice within the staffing, recruitment, HR technology, and AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
Build and nurture communities around staffing, recruitment technology, AI, and workforce innovation.
Plan and manage content distribution strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and visibility.
Develop and manage content calendars covering thought leadership, industry insights, customer stories, short-form videos, visual content, and community-driven content.
Work closely with Content, Design, Product, and Leadership teams to create platform-native content.
Support executive and leadership visibility through personal branding and thought leadership initiatives.
Identify and build relationships with relevant industry communities, influencers, creators, and ecosystem partners.
Manage comments, conversations, and audience interactions to strengthen relationships and brand trust.
Monitor social media trends, platform changes, and emerging opportunities.
Track and analyse audience growth, engagement, reach, community health, and attribution metrics.
Experiment with new content formats, distribution channels, AI tools, and automation workflows.
Support employer branding, product launches, webinars, customer success stories, and thought leadership campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:
You understand that social media is a growth channel, not just a publishing platform.
Strong understanding of content distribution, audience growth, engagement, and community building.
Good understanding of internet culture, professional communities, and online conversations.
Ability to create engaging content without relying on gimmicks.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Curious, analytical, experimental, and comfortable testing new ideas.
Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Experience & Skills:
5+ years of experience in social media, community management, audience growth, content distribution, digital marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with B2B SaaS, technology, or startup brands is preferred.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and other digital distribution channels.
Proven experience growing audiences, increasing engagement, and building online communities.
Experience with social media management, analytics, and reporting platforms.
Strong communication, storytelling, and content planning skills.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools, social listening platforms, and automation workflows is an advantage.
Experience in a creative, branding, digital, or social media agency is an added advantage.
