About the Role
Technical Project Lead who combines strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and client-facing skills. He/She will guide a cross-functional team through the full project lifecycle, act as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate builds trust with clients and motivates the team in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and architect technical delivery by translating client requirements into scalable solutions, actionable plans, risk-mitigated execution strategies, and high-quality, secure development practices.
Lead and empower cross-functional teams by driving effective resource allocation, agile execution, continuous coaching, performance development, and proactive blocker resolution to ensure high productivity and successful delivery.
Act as the primary client partner by translating business goals into successful project outcomes through proactive communication, expectation management, strategic problem-solving, and long-term relationship development that drives customer satisfaction and account growth.
Drive successful project delivery by planning, executing, and overseeing Agile-based initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, accurate documentation, and seamless deployment and post-release support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience leading technical teams of [5–15] members.
Demonstrated experience in direct client interaction, preferably with international clients.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and the SDLC.
Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
