*Salary:* ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month

About the Role

JachOOs Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Sales Manager to drive business growth, generate quality leads, develop client relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Mandatory: Candidates must have proven IT sales experience in the UAE, UK, and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate quality leads independently through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other prospecting methods.
* Identify and approach potential clients across the UAE, UK, and US markets.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
* Negotiate with prospects and successfully close deals.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales activities.
* Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
* Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Regularly track and report sales performance and progress against targets.
* Contribute to the overall growth and revenue generation of the Company.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B IT Sales.
* Mandatory experience in UAE, UK, and US markets.
* Proven ability to generate leads independently
* Experience in achieving monthly sales/revenue targets.
* Strong prospecting, negotiation, follow-up, and deal-closing skills.
* Excellent communication and client relationship-management skills.
* Strong understanding of IT products and services.
* Ability to handle international clients independently.
* Experience with CRM and sales tools will be an advantage.
