Salary: *₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month* plus *attractive Incentives.*

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through various online and offline channels.
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Introduce and promote the Company's IT services to potential customers.
* Conduct lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, and cold calling.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
* Prepare and maintain lead reports, client records, and sales activities.
* Achieve assigned business development objectives and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

* BCA/ BBA
* B.Tech / BE (Any IT-related specialization)
* B.Sc. Computer Science / IT
* MCA
* MBA (Marketing) with an interest in IT Sales
* Any equivalent qualification

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Basic knowledge of IT services and software solutions.
* Good presentation and customer handling skills.
* Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
