Web & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
Zamorins Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Web & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance the company's digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of independently executing digital marketing initiatives while working closely with the leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Freshers will not be considered.
Strong desire to learn, continuously improve, and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Website & Content Management
Manage and update the company website using WordPress.
Publish blogs, landing pages, case studies, and marketing content.
Ensure website content remains current, accurate, and SEO-friendly.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research.
Execute on-page SEO.
Monitor website rankings and recommend improvements.
Optimize metadata, page structure, and content.

Social Media Management
Plan and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Monitor engagement and audience growth.

Performance Marketing
Execute and monitor digital advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Track campaign budgets and performance.

Analytics & Reporting
Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on data analysis.

Email Marketing
Prepare newsletters and email campaigns.
Maintain mailing lists.
Track campaign performance.

Creative Coordination
Coordinate creation of basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
Collaborate with internal and external designers as needed.

Digital Asset Management
Maintain proper documentation and organization of digital assets.
Ensure all accounts are maintained using official company credentials.
Preserve the confidentiality of company information and digital assets.
