Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces while collaborating closely with business and development teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Create responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Maintain design systems and UI standards.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and basic JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in ERP, WMS, CRM, or enterprise application design.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
