AI Engineer (2 - 4 Years)

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RAG, Agentic AI, LLMs, and Python, with a passion for building scalable, production-ready solutions and reusable AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop AI-powered applications using RAG, AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and LLMs.
2. Build AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent workflow automation solutions.
3. Develop knowledge ingestion, retrieval, and response-generation pipelines for enterprise use cases.
4. Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and business applications.
5. Create reusable frameworks, templates, and accelerators to streamline AI development.
6. Document best practices, implementation guidelines, and technical standards.
7. Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
8. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

1. 2 - 4 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or software engineering.
2. Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
3. Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, and Large Language Model (LLM) APIs.
4. Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
5. Working knowledge of vector databases such as Chroma, Pinecone, Qdrant, or Weaviate.
6. Experience building REST APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
7. Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and AI tool integrations.
8. Strong understanding of Git, version control, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
9. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization using Docker.
10. Ability to design scalable AI solutions and translate business requirements into production-ready applications.
