Hiring: HR Recruiter (Freshers Can Apply)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and other channels
Resume screening and shortlisting candidates
Coordinating and scheduling interviews
Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Freshers with relevant internship experience in HR or recruitment are encouraged to apply
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Internship experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
