Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and organized Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Front Office Responsibilities: -
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage visitor records and issue visitor passes where applicable.
Receive, sort, and distribute courier packages, letters, and emails.
Administrative Responsibilities: -
Maintain office files, records, and documents.
Handle office inventory and orders when required.
Prepare reports, data entry, and maintain office databases.
Coordinate office events and employee engagement activities.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
