About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Epicor Developer with strong ERP functional understanding and hands-on technical expertise in Epicor ERP customization and development. The ideal candidate should have experience working closely with business users, understanding operational workflows, and implementing scalable ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.

This role requires strong expertise in Epicor ERP, C#/.NET development, ERP customization, integrations, and troubleshooting across multiple business modules.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Epicor ERP.
Work closely with functional teams and end users to understand business processes and requirements.
Perform customization using:
BPM (Business Process Management)
BAQ (Business Activity Queries)
Dashboards
Data Directives
Method Directives
UI Customizations
SSRS Reports
Develop integrations between Epicor ERP and external systems using APIs, REST services, and middleware.
Design and develop custom forms, reports, workflows, and automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical and functional issues.
Support ERP upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities.
Optimize ERP performance and improve operational efficiency.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, estimation, and documentation.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end users.
Ensure coding standards, security, and best practices are followed.

Candidate should have in-depth understanding of ERP functional workflows, preferably across multiple modules such as:

Sales & Order Management
Manufacturing & Production

Job Costing
Planning & Scheduling
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical ERP solutions is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in finance, trading and manufacturing ERP implementations.
Experience in third-party integrations.
Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
