Pharmacist Customer Success

KOGLAND is a start-up offering a B2B online marketplace platform connecting medical consumable & devices distributors and manufacturers with healthcare providers i.e., hospitals, clinics, etc. We are a healthcare provider's preferred one-stop online surgical store for all their medical & healthcare supply requirements.

Skills Set and Requirement :
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm)
- Experience in dispensing medications in a retail/offline pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of drug dispensing practices, dosage administration, and measurement standards
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical guidelines and patient safety protocols
- Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, Integrity and compassion .
- Language Requirements: Mandatory: Malayalam, English Preferred: Tamil, Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review and execute physicians’ prescriptions, ensuring their appropriateness, accuracy, and legal compliance.
- Reach out to customers with abandoned carts to assist them in completing their orders.
- Assist customers in placing orders by guiding them to the correct medications on the platform.
- Maintain accurate records of patient history and all activities related to regulated or high-risk medications.
- Support Drug Inspector audits by providing required documents and product samples during inspections.
- Listen carefully to customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide accurate information and guidance.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
