Business Development Executive (GCC Market)
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience, preferably with exposure to the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) market. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling GCC clients and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship management.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the GCC region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
• Handle client communication, proposals, and negotiations
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
• Maintain reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Experience or exposure to GCC clients/markets is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam (Arabic is a plus)
• Good understanding of GCC business culture and client expectations
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Willingness to work in flexible timings aligned with GCC region
Qualification: Any degree (preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field)
